These are results from HVAC and heating companies Ali Sedighi has worked with, each named and linked to its live site. We picked the ones that say something about multi-site and multi-location structure. None of them is a promise of what your company will get; each is evidence that a particular approach can work when it is done properly.

CANRO Heat and GasBoilers.ca: a parent and a division
This pair is the closest thing to a textbook example of the model on this site. CanroHeat.ca is the parent heating brand, and it reached 250% lead growth. GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat, serving 26+ BC communities, with 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.
What transfers:
- A division can justify its own site when its offer is narrower and its buyers search for that offer by name. People looking for a gas boiler often want a boiler specialist.
- The two sites don't have to compete. One covers the broader heating business, the other goes deep on boilers.
- Reviews follow real service. The division's reviews belong to the division's customers.
What doesn't: this pattern needs a real division. If your boiler work is a small share of a general HVAC business, a strong boiler section on your main site is usually the better choice. Our division sites page lays out the tests.
Roma Heating & Cooling: depth beats breadth
Roma Heating & Cooling reached 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months. It's a reminder that before a company spreads across more domains, its main site usually has plenty of room to grow.
What transfers: a well-structured main site with useful service pages compounds over a year. For multi-location companies, this is the argument for a strong hub before anything else. Location pages inherit some of the hub's strength, which a brand-new standalone domain doesn't have.
What doesn't: a 12-month result takes 12 months. Restructuring a network resets some of that clock for the pages that move, which is why we redirect carefully, page by page.
BCWide.ca: clarity inside a quarter
BCWide.ca achieved 3× leads in 90 days. It shows that the right changes can show up in the numbers within one quarter, not only after a year.
What transfers: when a site's structure, calls to action and service pages are made clearer, results can move quickly. For a multi-location company, the equivalent is often fixing which branch page a profile points to, or giving each branch its own tracked number, both of which are quick and measurable.
What doesn't: a 90-day result in one market doesn't mean every branch will move that fast. Branches with thin pages and few reviews start from further back.
BoilerPart.ca: when large page counts are legitimate
BoilerPart.ca has 2,000+ programmatic pages and grew organic traffic by 180%. We include it because it sits right next to the line this site keeps drawing.
Google's spam policies describe scaled content abuse as many pages made mainly to manipulate rankings, with little value to users. The issue is purpose and value, not the number of pages. A large set of pages can be legitimate when each one serves a distinct lookup that a real searcher has.
The lesson for location pages is direct: one hundred pages that each answer a different real question are fine. One hundred pages that repeat the same answer with a different town name are not.
How we'd measure your results
For a multi-location company, we report calls and booked jobs per branch, cost per booked job, and overlap between your own pages. The network reporting page describes the monthly report, and pricing explains what a plan costs. If you want to talk through your own numbers, see the contact page.
Frequently asked questions
Can you promise results like these?
No. Results depend on your markets, competition, job values, how your team handles calls, and how long the work runs. What we can show is what this method produced for these companies, and how we'd measure progress for yours.
Are these all multi-location companies?
Not all of them. We include results that show something about structure: a parent and its division, a site that built depth, a large page set. Each section says what the result does and doesn't tell you.
Where are the full case studies?
The full list is on the HVAC.Agency case studies page. Each client's own site is linked here, so you can see the live work for yourself.
Why is BoilerPart.ca included if you warn against thin pages?
Because it's the hardest test of the rule. A large page count isn't a problem in itself; the problem is pages that say nothing new. It's a useful reminder that the question is always what each page gives the reader.
