Our plans and website packages come from HVAC.Agency, our parent marketing service, and the current list is always on the HVAC.Agency pricing page. For a multi-location company, the plan matters less than the shape of the network: how many real branches you have, whether any division needs its own site, and how many domains need consolidating. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and each network adds GST/HST for its home province (GST and QST in Quebec).

Website packages
| Package | One-time fee | Pages and build time | Monthly after launch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $3,500 | A custom site of 5 to 7 pages, built in 2 to 3 weeks | $149 for hosting and upkeep |
| Professional | $6,500 | A conversion-focused site of 10 to 15 pages, built in 3 to 4 weeks | $249 for hosting, upkeep and CRO |
| Enterprise | $12,500 | No cap on pages or locations, built in 4 to 6 weeks | $449 for full management |
For networks, the Enterprise package is the one built for many locations. Essential and Professional suit a single-location site or a small, focused division site.
What drives the cost of a network
Four things move the cost more than anything else:
- Number of real locations. Each branch needs a location page with real substance, a profile, a tracked number and a reporting line. That work scales with branches.
- Number of domains to consolidate. Each retired site needs a page-by-page redirect map and checks after launch. A company with eight old domains has more of this than one with two.
- Division sites. A division that truly stands on its own needs its own site, written from scratch. That's a second website budget.
- Content gathering. Location pages depend on interviews and photos from your branches. If your managers are hard to schedule, the timeline stretches, not the price.
Worked example: choosing a level
Suppose you run four branches, two old websites and one boiler division.
- The structure work, four location pages, profile clean-up and per-branch reporting point to at least the Growth plan, because review generation, CRM integration and weekly reporting matter when four branches share one budget.
- The main site, with four locations, fits the Enterprise website package.
- If the boiler division passes the independence tests, its site might fit Professional.
Now the payback check. If your average replacement job is $9,000 at 35% gross margin, each job contributes about $3,150. At $4,498 a month plus GST/HST, the plan pays for its monthly cost at roughly 1.5 extra replacements a month across all four branches. Run the same calculation with your own job value and margin before you decide.
How to choose between plans
- Starter: two locations, one domain already in good shape, limited ad spend.
- Growth: three or more locations, or several domains to consolidate, where reviews and CRM integration pay off.
- Elite: larger groups that want a dedicated account manager, monthly strategy calls and a real-time dashboard across every branch.
If you're unsure, start with the trial audit and the site ecosystem architecture work. The structure plan usually makes the right level obvious.
What isn't in the price
Ad spend is paid to Google or Meta directly and isn't included in plan fees. Third-party tools your company already pays for, such as field-service software, stay your own accounts; anything new we'd recommend is listed in writing when we scope the work. Any HVAC work, of course, is yours too; we're a marketing service, not a contractor.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Plans run month to month, and you can start with a 7-day free trial that needs no credit card. The trial covers a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Do we pay per location?
The plans aren't priced per location. What changes the cost is how much work the network needs: more branches mean more location pages, more profiles and more reporting lines, which usually points to a higher plan or the Enterprise website package.
Do prices include GST or HST?
No. Each branch network pays GST/HST at its province's rate (GST and QST in Quebec).
Who owns the website and accounts?
You do. Your domains, Google Business Profiles, analytics, Search Console and call-tracking accounts stay in your company's name, and we work through access you can remove.
Can we start with only the architecture plan?
Yes. Many companies start with the free trial audit and an architecture plan, then decide whether to build. Ask us and we'll scope it in writing.
