Talk to us about your locations

Call, text or email. Tell us how many locations, brands and websites you have, and you'll hear back from a senior strategist.

The quickest way to start is a call, a text or an email. Phone or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. We keep office hours of Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. There are no forms on this site on purpose: we'd rather hear from you directly.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Call, text or email: which to choose

Each channel suits a different kind of question.

  • Call if you want to talk through a decision, such as whether to keep an acquired brand's website, and you have ten minutes.
  • Text if you want a quick answer or a callback at a time that suits you. Texts are also handy if you're on a job site. One line is enough to start.
  • Email if you have a list to share: domains, branches, addresses, or a report from a previous agency.

Whichever you pick, you'll reach a senior strategist. We are a marketing and consulting service for HVAC companies, not a contractor, so if you need a technician, you've reached the wrong number, and we'll gladly say so.

What to include in your first message

A useful first message for a multi-location company covers five things. None of it needs to be polished; a quick list is fine.

  1. Your locations. How many branches, warehouses or offices, and whether each one is staffed during business hours.
  2. Your brands. Every name you trade under, including any brand you've acquired.
  3. Your websites. Every domain you own and roughly what's on each, even the ones nobody updates.
  4. Your Google Business Profiles. How many, and whether you know who has access to them.
  5. Your goal. Opening a new branch, consolidating sites, fixing profiles, or getting reporting by branch.

If you have numbers, add them: monthly calls per branch, average job value, and your busiest months. They make the first conversation far more specific.

What happens next

Here is the usual sequence after you get in touch:

  1. We reply within one business day, usually with a few clarifying questions.
  2. A first conversation, by phone or in writing, about your locations and what you want to change. It costs nothing.
  3. The 7-day free trial audit, if you'd like it: a digital marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card is required.
  4. A written recommendation on structure: what we'd keep, merge, build or redirect, and which plan level fits.
  5. Your decision. There's no lock-in, and no pressure to commit on the call.

If we don't think we're the right fit, for example if a single-location company only needs a simple site, we'll say so and point you to a better option.

What we'll ask for if we work together

To plan a network properly, we'll eventually ask for read access to a few accounts. You keep ownership of all of them:

  • Google Search Console for each domain
  • Google Analytics, or whichever analytics you use
  • Google Business Profiles, as a manager rather than an owner
  • your domain registrar, only when redirects need setting up
  • call tracking, if you already have it

We'll also ask to interview a branch manager or lead technician for each location page, usually for about 30 minutes each.

If you're not ready to talk yet

That's fine. Many owners prefer to read first. The guides on this site are written so you can run the first checks yourself: list your domains, compare two city pages side by side, and look at which profile points where. If those checks raise questions, send them over and we'll answer in writing.

Privacy and messages

We use your contact details only to reply to you and to work on your project. We only send emails to people who have contacted us first, and you can ask us to stop at any time. The privacy page has the details.

Before you get in touch, you might find it useful to read one domain or many, look at pricing, or check the FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

When are you available?

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day, and texts and emails sent outside those hours are answered the next business day.

Who will I speak with?

A senior strategist, not a call centre. For structural questions about multi-location sites, that conversation is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. Talking through your situation costs nothing, and the 7-day free trial audit needs no credit card. There's no lock-in if you go ahead.

Can we send our list of domains by text?

A short list is fine by text. For a long list, or a spreadsheet of branches, email works better because it keeps everything in one thread.
